CEO
After 18 years in the tech and education world, Mara Hylton knew first-hand the challenge of finding quality care for her two children. She opened Sound Care Agency in 2015 to help provide families with access to top care providers without wading through the online listings and no-show interviews. As CEO, Mara handles the overall business strategy and is focused on the growth of the agency in order to help businesses and families secure quality care. Mara holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Education. When not crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s, you will find her spending time with her two children James and Sydney, preferably outside.
Tiffany Martinson
COO
Tiffany has been serving the nanny community for over 20 years. She started working as a nanny to put herself through college and after pursuing a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Washington, realized that her true love was that of connecting families with exceptional caregivers. As COO of Sound Care Agency. Tiffany’s focus and passion is for connecting families and business with qualified and dedicated caregivers, recruiting and hiring for the back up care teams and ultimately helping to grow Sound Care Agency to reach its full potential. Her heart for service, her work as a nanny, her dedication to always practicing and promoting best industry standards, her dedication to giving back to the community through attending and speaking at Industry conferences and her spot-on Mom instincts have given her a unique and invaluable perspective. When not hard at work, you will likely find Tiffany traveling, scuba diving (really, traveling FOR scuba diving), behind the lens of a camera, reading or spending time with her favorite people on earth.
