At our agency, we are serious about finding the best nannies and newborn care specialists for our families.
We put all our candidates through a rigorous vetting process to ensure they're professional and exceed expectations. We only invite the very best candidates to join our team. So, you can trust that any caregiver we recommend is someone we believe in and would be happy to have looking after our own loved ones.
So, what are the requirements?
Have at least two years of professional childcare experience
Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing families with exceptional childcare
Have stellar (and reachable) references
Be HIGHLY responsible, dependable, patient, nurturing, trustworthy, and FUN!
Have daily internet, phone/text, and email access
Have a reliable car to get you to/from assignments in a timely manner (no on-the-job driving will be required)
Physically be able to lift 50 lbs., sprint short distances, get easily up from and down to the floor, etc.
Be willing to wear a mask on the job
Be willing to provide a copy of your responsible driving record (while no on-the-job driving will be required, we must have this for insurance purposes).
Be infant and child CPR/First Aid Certified (or be willing to renew before the start of employment at your own expense)
Be willing to submit to a thorough annual background check
Be legally eligible to work in the US
Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
